Privacy Policy — Cramly

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Cramly is a study planner that lives on your iPhone and nowhere else. It has no sign-in, no server of its own and no connection to the internet, so there is no place your study life could be sent to.

What Cramly keeps

The subjects and topics you add, your exams (with room, weight and grade), the sessions you plan or log, and your settings are written to a private database inside the app. Other apps cannot read it, and Cramly never copies it anywhere.

What we collect

Nothing at all. Cramly has no analytics, no advertising, no in-app purchases and no tracking, and it does not ask for your location, contacts, photos or camera.

Reminders

Reminders are optional. Only when you switch one on does Cramly ask iOS for permission to show notifications. The reminders are then set up on the phone itself, and you can turn them off in Cramly or in the iOS Settings app whenever you like.

Files you share

The session export (a CSV file) and the revision plan (a PDF) are built on your iPhone when you ask for them. You pick where they go in the iOS share sheet, and Cramly does not see or keep what you do next.

Rating and support

"Rate Cramly" and the occasional rating prompt are handled by iOS. "Contact support" opens your mail app with the support address filled in, and nothing is sent unless you press send yourself.

Erasing your data

"Reset all data" in Settings wipes everything Cramly has stored. Deleting the app does the same.

Children

Cramly gathers no information from anyone, children included.
